I called Horton Electrical in to replace shoddy wiring regarding my pool equipment (thirteen #12 and #14 gauge wires stuffed in a half inch conduit from house electrical to pool control panel – slowly eroding over time). The principal, Tom Horton came out and gave a free estimate. I have an AquaLink pool control system with multiple pumps, actuators, and sensors which is a somewhat sophisticated pool control system that crosses the boundaries of many electricians skill sets. Horton precisely assessed the task gave a reasonable estimate and didn’t even flinch at the AquaLink sophistication. After discussing some modifications, the Horton team showed up and meticulously prepared the site and tackled the task with diligence and efficiency. They performed the task to specification. I found Horton easy to work with and the task was performed with thoroughness and quality. The wiring and conduit runs were neat, the worksite cleaned up, and everything was operational as planned. I would highly recommend Horton for any electrical task.

Even though I don't live in Arizona, Horton responded promptly to emails and phone calls as their bid was put together. They completed every task listed on their bid (or added later) quickly and capably, and at the expected price. A month afterwards, I saw the work for myself and was completely satisfied. I had not taken the time to give detailed specifications -- for example, on the quality of the bathroom fans to be installed -- but Horton chose materials that will stay in service for many years. This gives me peace of mind as an out-of-state landlord, and also permanently adds value to my property
